There are no fires allowed in Bear Lake West subdivsions.  An outdoor fire is a violation of the CC&Rs.  Fines are up to $500 per occurence.  Fire is a science - sparks and flames don't care whether you think it is okay to have a fire.  Fire danger is high. Please don't jeopardize the safety of yourself, others, wildlife and risk the destruction of property with an outdoor fire of any type. HOA fines as well as county and state laws apply.  Be a good neighbor.
Fire danger remains high through the end of September.  The canyons and forests are significantly drier than the valley floor.
ALL OWNERS - An approved Appendix A is required prior to beginning new projects that modify the outside of your property.  Please contact the Enivornmental Control Committee for more info.  The Appendix A form is found on the website under HOA and County Documents tab.
