HOA Annual Meeting
Monday, June 3rd, 2024 to Saturday, August 10th, 2024
The Bear Lake West Board of Directors is pleased to announce it will be holding its 2024 annual meeting on August 10, 2024 in conjunction with the annual POA and Amenities meetings. It will be held at the Sunrise Event Center located at 865 N, Harbor Village E Dr, Garden City, UT 84028 in Sunrise Hall. The POA annual meeting will be held in Moose Hollow Room. The meetings will begin at 10:00 am. The HOA and POA will converge in Sunrise Hall for the Amenities meeting at 11:30 am after refreshments. 
There are three openings on the HOA board that will need to be filled at that meeting.  If you are a member in good standing and would like to be considered for a position, please send a short biography (no more than ¼ page) to be included with the annual meeting official notice and ballot.  Biographies must be returned to billing@bearlakewest.com or PO Box 352, Garden City, UT 84028 by June 30, 2024, to be included on the ballot. Ballots for HOA board vacancies can be submitted by HOA members at the meeting, by email to billing@bearlakewest.com or by USPS at PO Box 352, Garden City, UT 84028.
Formal announcement of the meeting will be going out in late July. Meeting agenda will be posted when available.
