Effective January 2010 the Annual HOA Dues are $275 - this is an increase of $175 per lot which represents the amount required per lot to repay the principal and interest on the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) low interest loan used to finance the system upgrades to our culinary water system (see Jan 2010 Newsletter for more information).  The Amenities Dues are $310 per year, however for 2009 there was a surplus of $80 per lot that will be applied to 2010 Amenities Dues.  Both HOA and  Amenities Dues will be billed as one amount, including the credit of $80 for 2010 only, equal to $505.   Dues must be paid by March 31st of each year. 

Also effective January 2010, the Water Maintenance Fee has been reduced by $100 to $150 per year.  This will be billed annually (approximately May 1-15) to all non-commercial member lots with a water service connection.  Water usage is metered and meters will be read in the spring.  The water usage rate has been increased slightly to $1.75 per thousand gallons and the second tier for usage over 200,000 gallons has been eliminated such that all gallons will be billed at the same rate.  Water Maintenance and Usage Fees are due July 31 of each year.
