"The Environmental Control Committee shall have broad responsibility for supervision and approval in all aspects of any and all improvements to be constructed, remodeled, painted, landscaped, altered, or added on any lot within the Subdivision, following the procedures detailed in the Declaration of Restrictions" (From Bear Lake West By-Laws)

In other words, if you plan on building a new structure or remodeling an old structure you are required to complete an Appendix "A" (see Documents Page) and submit it for approval to one of the individuals below.
