ONLINE PAYMENTS - you can pay your Homeowners Fees, Water Service Fees and other charges online with a Visa or Mastercard.  We use PayPal as our credit card processor but YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT - Just select the option to  use your Visa or Mastercard.  A service fee will be added to the amount you pay and will be paid to the credit card processor - THAT CHARGE IS EQUAL TO $1.30 PLUS 2.9%.

 

To ensure your payment is credited to the proper account, please include your Lot # in the Invoice # disignation.  Remember to include the Alpha designition on your lot number.  Most Bear Lake Lots use the "B" desigination, Lakeside uses "L", Country Club Estates uses "CC" and the Condo's use "C".
