The Annual Dues are $100 for HOA Dues and $310 Amenities Dues for a total of $410 which is billed.  Dues must be paid by March 31st of each year. 

Water Maintenance Fee is $250 per year.  This will be billed annually to all lots with a water service connection.  Water usage is metered and meters will be read in the spring.  The first 200,000 gallons are charged at the rate of $1.50 per thousand gallons and anything over will be charged at a rate of $5.00 per thousand gallons.  Water Maintenance and Usage Fees are due July 31 of each year.

On August 20, the Board of Directors adoped a collection policy (see below) to clairfy the procedures to be used by the Board to collect delinquent accounts.  The Board believes that a stronger collection policy with increased late/filing fees was necessary to reverse the trend of increasing delinquent accounts.
