Pay Fees Online

ONLINE PAYMENTS - you can pay your Homeowners Fees, Water Service Fees and other charges online with ACH (E-Check), Visa or Mastercard.   

 

To ensure your payment is credited to the proper account, please include your Lot # in the Invoice # designation.  Remember to include the Alpha designation on your lot number.  Most Bear Lake Lots use the "B" designation, Lakeside uses "L", Country Club Estates uses "CC" and the Condo's use "C".

 

If you would like to pay via e-check (ACH), the fee is $0.50.  Unfortunately, the system we were using to allow ACH payments via the website has been discontinued.  Please send an e-mail to billing@bearlakewest.com to request an invoice payable via ACH.  You will then receive an e-mail invoice with a link to pay via ACH.  

 

This optional form which allows you to authorize electronic debits directly from your bank account. You can set up one-time or recurring payments according to your billing schedule. This method is compliant with U.S. banking regulations and provides a secure way to manage your HOA fee payments.

 

We use PayPal as our credit card processor but YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT - Just select the option to  use your Visa or Mastercard.  A service fee will be added to the amount you pay and will be paid to the credit card processor - THAT CHARGE IS EQUAL TO $1.30 PLUS 2.9%. 

 

Use this optional form to authorize the HOA to charge your credit card for your HOA fees. You can set up one-time or recurring payments, and choose how you receive your receipts. Your card information will be securely stored and used only for approved payments.
