New CCRs ** Please vote **

CC&R Project Update - Our new CC&Rs are needed to comply with Idaho state law. They have been reviewed by our legal counsel and are reasonable. They are not overly restrictive, yet they protect our property values. We need your vote for them to be enacted. If you haven’t already voted, please vote! Please take a few minutes to review the explanation of changes and the entire CCR document (links below). Then click on this email blwhoaboard@gmail.com, list your lot number(s) and send us your vote - "yes" or "no".

The Bear Lake West Homeowners Association Board of Directors meets monthly, generally on the second Saturday of each month at 10 am.
